The space domain is evolving at breakneck speed, but legacy acquisition systems are not. To close this gap, Space Systems Command (SSC) created the Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) in 2017.
As a powerful Other Transaction Authority (OTA) managed by the National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL), SpEC bridges the gap between military buyers, commercial space startups, and small businesses.

DAF TENCAP exploits National capabilities to deliver rapid, cost-dominant, and innovative warfighting solutions. This is accomplished by analyzing emerging technologies, building partnerships with industry and academia, and prioritizing urgent operational needs.

Vandenberg SFB South Base Area District Plan (ADP) | Project 26-17
In an effort to support rapidly expanding space launch missions at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Space Launch Delta 30 must overcome infrastructure limitations that constrain future operational cadence. To address these capability gaps, the Government desires an installation and utility Master Plan from the commercial sector that significantly exceeds traditional Area Development Plans (ADPs).
Consolidated Relay Ground Station-Modernization (CRGS-M) | Project 26-14
The Space Systems Command (SSC) is preparing to release a prototype project focused on the modernization of the Command Telemetry Link Extender (CTLE), IOPlex, and Ground Operating Environment (GOE) space cryptographic equipment (crypto) within the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Consolidated Relay Ground Station architecture.
