What kinds of opportunities are available through NSTXL?

Learn about the types of government opportunities members can access.

Members can access a variety of opportunities under the two Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements that NSTXL currently manages:

  • S2MARTS: Managed in partnership with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) and focused on trusted microelectronics, 5G, hypersonics, and other critical defense technologies.

  • SpEC: Managed in partnership with the Space Systems Command and focused on space-related technologies, systems, and capabilities.

Only members are eligible to view full opportunity details, join teaming lists, attend opportunity-specific events, and submit proposals.
