Our company’s billing contact has changed. How do we update this?
Learn how billing and invoicing are handled under the account POC.
At this time, NSTXL accounts can only have one designated Point of Contact (POC), who is responsible for receiving billing and invoice notices, managing payment, and maintaining user access for the company account.
If your billing contact has changed, and they should now be the primary account POC, please email membership@nstxl.org with the updated contact’s name, email address, and phone number. If the current POC is no longer with the company, please include someone in a leadership role to confirm the change.
