Is a DD2345 form required to access SpEC opportunities?

Yes, a DD2345 form is required to access SpEC opportunities through NSTXL. This form certifies your organization’s eligibility to handle military critical technical data.

If you don’t have a DD2345 form yet, you can still become an NSTXL member and submit your form later. In the meantime, you will have access to our S²MARTS OTA. Once submitted and approved, we will update your account to grant access to SpEC opportunities.
