The DD Form 2345 is a powerful tool for your Government contracting experience

Why Get Certified?

Since many Government contracting opportunities contain sensitive information, the Joint Certification Program (JCP) is designed to ensure you have access to all documents through the DD Form 2345. Check out the advantages below to being certified:

kuj
Access Sensitive Files

With your DD Form 2345 on file at the Joint Certification Program (JCP), you can unlock access to Military Critical Technical Data (MCTD) - essential for many projects.

2
Submit On Every Opportunity

In addition to SpEC, the form allows you to submit solutions for our other OTAs. You'll be ahead of the game for future S²MARTS and TReX opportunities that have MCTD.

3
SpEC Membership

The DD Form 2345 is a requirement for SpEC Membership approval. You'll have access to some of the most prominent projects from Space Systems Command.

Applying Is Easy

To complete the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) agreement, simply fill out the DD Form 2345 and send it back to the Joint Certification Office (JCO).

Once it's approved, submit a copy of your agreement to membership@nstxl.org to unlock access to MCTD opportunities.

That's it! You'll be ready to go for the next 5 years. Check out the JCP's General Instructions here for more information on filling out your form.
